Purchase your discounted QBE Travel Insurance Policy on-line through the Travelinsure website and you will immediately receive a Certificate of Insurance by email. You will also receive a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and an Emergency Assistance Card which will be posted to you within a few days of purchase.
When you have purchased a policy you may return it within 21 days of the date of issue of the Certificate of Insurance and receive a full refund provided no claim has been made and travel has not commenced. The Cooling Off period does not apply to policy or trip extensions. A refund will be arranged within 15 business days of you cancelling your policy.
